COVID-19 Tests available at OWFC

The COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) situation is constantly changing, and the Singapore government's multi-ministry task force has introduced various rounds of regulations and restrictions to curb the spread of COVID-19. Read more on the latest MOH updates here.


Our Woodleigh Family Clinic (OWFC) offers swabbing services for COVID-19 at competitive rates and subsidies (where applicable). Here is an overview of the COVID-19 tests available at OWFC to give you a clearer picture. Or simply call us, we are happy to assist you.

1. Swab and Send Home (SASH) Service

OWFC is a SASH ✅ Public Health Preparedness Clinic (PHPC).

  • If you are feeling ill and/or have flu-like symptoms, the Swab and Send Home service to test for COVID-19 would be fully government-funded for ALL patients (including foreigners). No additional payment required.

  • We support SASH swabbing for ALL AGES, including babies, toddlers and children aged 12 and below.

2. Pre-Departure Swab Tests (PDT)/ Self Pay PCR

Travelling on the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) to South Korea or Europe? PCR Test is now the standard requirement for departing Singapore. Our Woodleigh Family Clinic is MOH-approved clinic to provide HealthCerts for Pre-Departure Tests (PDTs).

  • Cost for Pre-Departure COVID-19 PCR: $120

  • Additional Pre-Departure Serology Test (if necessary): $45

  • Traveller to check when PDT has to be performed (48 or 72 hours before flight) before contacting clinic as it varies depending on destination country, airline and if there are any transit flights.

  • Results turnaround time: Around 24 hours.

  • PCR results will be notarised by clinic and email will be sent to traveller.

  • Call clinic at 6970 0560 during our operating hours or WhatsApp us at 9788 1157 to fix your appointment.

  • When fixing appointment, please inform us your departure date and time and whether your PDT has to be performed 48 or 72 before your departure.

  • During appointment, please bring along your passport and Identification Card (IC) as well as provide us your email address for results to be sent to.


3. COVID-19 Serology (Blood Test) and/or Records Update for Overseas COVID-19 Vaccinations

  • If you have received your COVID-19 vaccination overseas, you may make an appointment for a serology test at Our Woodleigh Family Clinic to update your Singapore vaccination record.

  • COVID-19 Serology Blood Test can be performed in the Day/ Night/ Weekend.

  • No fasting required for blood test.

  • Blood test results will be out in 2 to 3 days.

  • Clinic will proceed to update the Singapore National Immunisation Records (NIR) for patients whose blood test results are positive (have antibodies against COVID-19).

  • Cost of service: $85 nett (inclusive of blood test and records update on NIR if Serology positive)

  • Singapore Citizens/ Permanent Residents/ Long Term Pass Holders will then be able to view their vaccination records in Healthhub and subsequently on TraceTogether. (end August onwards)

Passport/Identification Card + Vaccination Certificate (Hardcopy/Digital copy)


[Update from 8 Feb] Serology Test Exemption for vaccination certificates from the following (provided vaccination certificate is in digitally verifiable format):

  • EU Digital COVID Certificate (EU DCC), including formats cross-compatible with the EU DCC system such as the UK’s NHS Covid Pass

  • [Australia] International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

  • [Canada / United States] SMART Health Card

  • [India] Co-WIN International Travel Certificate

  • [Malaysia] Digital Certificate for COVID-19 Vaccination from MySejahtera app

  • [Maldives] COVID-19 Digital Certification from the Health Protection Agency Maldives

  • [Republic of Korea] COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate issued by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency

  • [Thailand] International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate issued by the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health Thailand

  • After verifying, clinic will proceed to update the Singapore National Immunisation Records (NIR)

  • Cost of service: $45nett

4. Antigen Rapid Test (ART)

From 1 October 2021, 1) individuals aged 7 years and above, 2) who are not fully-vaccinated AND 3) attending a wedding/large-scale event, would require a negative Pre-Event or Pre-Visit Test (more info on MOH website).


Before allowed to enter the venue or participate in the event, you need to present your valid negative COVID-19 test result, proof of identification, and have the TraceTogether app.
