Our Woodleigh Family Clinic (OWFC) is a Family Medicine clinic which caters to the healthcare needs of your whole family.

We provide medical consultations if your child falls ill, children vaccinations according to the Singapore National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS) and perform developmental assessments different growing milestones for your child.

Key Information for Parents

Since November 2020, the Ministry of Health has enhanced subsidies to make recommended immunisations and screenings for children more accessible and affordable for Singaporean parents.

OWFC is one of the MOH's CHAS-accredited GP clinics. Therefore, eligible Singapore Citizens (SCs) and Permanent Residents (PRs) will automatically receive subsidies.

Below are two essential healthcare for children (from birth to below 18 years old) which are nationally-recommended and fully-subsidised (free-of-charge) for SCs.

1) Childhood vaccinations

Recommended under the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS). Vaccines are mandatory to be performed and fully paid by the government. These compulsory vaccines help to protect your child against common vaccine-preventable diseases in Singapore. Eg. Measles, Pneumococcal, Influenza and Chickenpox.

2) Childhood Developmental Screenings (CDS)

Developmental screenings help with early detection and timely intervention for developmental delays in children. All Singaporean children (from ages 0 to 5 years old) are entitled to fully-subsidised assessments at the recommended age milestones.

Both Childhood Vaccinations and Childhood Developmental Screenings are available at OWFC. We have optimised our schedule to reduce the number of visits required yet provide maximal protection for your child.

Your child may receive the necessary developmental assessment together with the childhood immunisations in the same visit with our friendly in-house doctors. Make an appointment for your child with us today.

We understand that baby’s vaccination can be confusing. Not to worry! Do drop by our clinic with your child’s health booklet and our clinic assistants will be able to advise you further.
